You're going to help leading organisations to find top talent for their most important functions, from start-ups to multi-companies. You, and you team, will speak to all candidates face to face or virtually, to understand their experience and wishes, so you can direct them when someone's dream job comes along.

About the Role
To manage the current team in Belgium (8 people) and to envisage to grow this team to 20 people in
2022/2023, with 3 offices, we are looking for someone with a strong experience in the recruitment industry, able to develop the business, lead the team and develop the notoriety with the support of local resources and the global organisation.
For this role, you will be required to speak English, French and ideally Flemish.
