Finance Manager

For an established international investment company with activities across several European markets and the United States, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Luxembourg office. The company is active in real estate investments and development projects. The Luxembourg portfolio includes a mix of residential and office properties and is structured across several companies and SPVs.

Function information

You will take ownership of the financial follow-up of several Luxembourg entities and SPVs. Your responsibilities will include accounting, annual accounts, VAT and corporate tax returns, cash-flow monitoring, bank administration, financing follow-up and support during due diligence processes.

The role consists of approximately 90% Finance & Accounting and 10% Office Management. The office-related tasks are limited and occasional, such as welcoming visitors, placing orders or handling practical matters.

You will work in a small local office environment, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership and does not require continuous supervision.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• A strong accounting and finance background
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg accounting, tax and corporate regulations
• A structured, reliable and hands-on approach
• The maturity to work autonomously
• Fluency in English and French
• Real estate experience is not required. What matters most is strong accounting expertise, trustworthiness and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
