Magnus Hallerud Christensen
Magnus holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, with specialization in work and organizational psychology from NTNU and a master's degree in leadership and organizational psychology from BI. He has worked for over 10 years at NRK with production development, over 6 years as a substitute teacher, and conducted an internship in the HR department at Orkla ASA.
Magnus is concerned with recruitment processes driven by quality at all levels, where good customer and candidate experiences are elementary. Additionally, he is certified in Aon Assessment's module 1: ability tests.
