KEY ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/A SOUTH EUROPE
We are looking for someone who continuously develop both new and existing national accounts in South Europe (mainly Spain, Portugal and Italy) in line with their ambitious growth plans.
· Proven track records in building strong relationships with retail accounts in South Europe.
· Proven success in sales with an international manufacturing company.
· Experience within the nursery and/or toy industry essential.
· Well developed sales, communication, negotiation and planning skills.
· Deliver on key revenue targets according to the business plan.
· Work with the Sales Director/a Europe to prepare a forecast for each account, and maintain the forecast, continually monitoring the number and proactively develop corrective action plans.
· High Passion for growing existing business and finding new opportunities.
· Strong commercial acumen.
· Excellent proactive strategic and sales planning skills.
· Create and maintain a business plan throughout the whole year.
· Knowledge of FOB business and high experience with online retailers would be a bonus.
· Strong experience in negotiation.
· Work closely and monitor/a sales at retail for each account.
· Working knowledge of office programs.
· Ability to travel within South Europe.
· Ability to close a deal effectively and do what is best for the business.
· Positive and solution-oriented mindset, hands-on and goal-getter mentality.
· Excellent time management and follow-through skills.
