The Engagement Manager will have the chance to develop and deliver end to end marketing strategies and shape engaging marketing collateral. Supporting the company’s strategy, analysing the campaign's outcome to increase client and customer satisfaction and drive engagement. As an energetic and positive team player, the Engagement Manager will inspire colleagues and initiate enhancements and best practices. The Engagement Manager shall have previous experience in International Savings Plans OR European Pensions Plans.


  • Develop and deliver a premium member engagement experience
  • Take responsibility for B2B, B2C and B2B2C campaigns
  • Deliver engaging communication through multi-channel journeys, across all brand touchpoints including messaging around product value proposition and positioning
  • Create materials that are globally consistent and locally relevant
  • Stakeholder management (internal and external third-party specialists and agencies)
  • Perform trend analysis and streamline data and technology
  • Focus on digitisation and new product development best practices
  • Work closely with the compliance function to ensure that all communication adheres to the requirements for treating customers fairly 

Candidate Profile:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • You have strong and demonstrable experience in Marketing, having worked for example on campaigns with email, adobe, google analytics etc.
  • Previous marketing experience in finance/financial services are considered as a distinct advantage (e.g. at ease in communicating the principles of pension plans, savings, retirement and financial wellness)
  • Good understanding of rules and regulations and the regulatory impact
  • A strong background in digital as well as direct campaigns and communication
  • Previous experience using Google, Adobe, Marketo, Salesforce etc
  • A keen eye for detail and superb proof-reading skills
  • Able to prioritise multiple deadline-driven projects
  • Languages: A high level of English - Dutch, French, German or Italian considered as a strong added value
