Recruitment Consultant – Luxembourg

Responsibilities:

• Support Luxembourg- based companies with the definition of their recruitment needs
• Manage the full sourcing process from drafting the job advert, designing a recruitment process, assessing the right sourcing places, and managing the applications
• Manage full interview meetings with potential candidates to assess their competence and expectations to make sure you are suggesting them the opportunity to meet their goals and values
• Support the employer and potential employee through the full recruitment process
• Develop your market knowledge and portfolio through commercial development, should it be attending events or suggesting your expertise to Luxembourg-based companies active in your sector of specialisation

Candidate Profile:

• Successful experience in recruitment or interest in working in this sector
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg employment market
• Fluent in English any other language would be a strong asset
• A believer in a long-term, authentic, and personalised approach to clients and candidates
• Team player, passionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are quality and solution-driven.
