Senior Consultant Compliance

Are you aiming to develop your competence in compliance working for different companies and being given a large variety of tasks? This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of competent professionals based in the City Center delivering services to the funds' industry in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the compliance officer for a portfolio of asset managers and management companies
• Draft and update existing regulatory processes
• Manage the communication with the CSSF
• Update the regulatory reporting documents when necessary
• Support your clients with compliance training if required
• Prepare the board meetings for the investment funds of the management company
• Share your knowledge to support your client with the selection of the investment vehicles and selection of third-party providers
• Participate actively with the internal audit assignments
• Act as a coach for more junior consultants

Candidate Profile:

• University degree completed with a first successful experience of 3-5 years in compliance
• Very good knowledge of MiFID and experience managing due diligence processes on third party clients and shares
• Solid knowledge of the fund’s regulatory environment in Luxembourg
• Fluent in English and French, the knowledge of German would be an asset
• Computer literate, respectful of deadlines, accurate and proactive.
